Thank you for supporting my work as an independent author through Athina Fernwood Official Website.

As all books are produced using a print-on-demand service, each order is created specifically for the customer once purchased.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind,
  • accidental purchases,
  • incorrect selection of items,
  • delays once orders have been dispatched, or
  • incorrect shipping details supplied at checkout.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or remedy where products:

  • arrive damaged,
  • are faulty,
  • are significantly different from the description provided, or
  • do not meet acceptable quality standards.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue, and
  • clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement product,
  • store credit, or
  • a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, copyright, and print-on-demand reasons, returned books cannot be resold. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect under Australian Consumer Law, returns will not be accepted.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 14 business days for production and processing prior to shipping. Shipping timeframes are separate and may vary depending on location and postal carrier delays.
