By placing an order through Athina Fernwood Author Website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Print-on-Demand Products

All books are produced using a print-on-demand service. This means each item is printed specifically after an order is placed and is not held as ready-made stock.

Processing & Production Time

Orders require up to 14 business days for printing and processing before dispatch.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, including new releases, promotions, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are separate from production times and may vary depending on the postal carrier and delivery location.

Once orders have been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of the business.

Returns & Exchanges

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or remedy if a product:

arrives damaged,
is faulty,
is significantly different from the description provided, or
does not perform as reasonably expected.

As products are printed to order, refunds or exchanges are not available for:

change of mind,
incorrect address supplied by the customer,
accidental purchases, or
delays caused by postal carriers once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details and order information are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
